Autisum Walk 2009

Good afternoon!!! I was in Columbus yesterday...Go Buckeyes!..for the Autism Walk 2009 for my dear friend Key. Her daughter, Ca-Nefer, has autisum. It was a chilly day, but sunny and beautiful! Key is a wonderful person with an amazing family! My mom and brother went down with me to walk for Ca-Nefer! There were thousands of people to support and raise awarness for autisum! Here are some highlights :)

American Diabete Association's: Step Out

Hey ya'll!! Sunday morning I was up bright and early to help out at the Step Out fundraiser at UTMC (Univeristy of Toledo Medical College). It was a cold Sunday morning and I had to be there at 7am!! I helped pass out tshirts if they walkers/runners rised $125. Let me tell you..we were down to only a few tshirts when registration closed...which is AWESOME!!! :) They even had a dog contest.

I had a great time at the walk and made some amazing connections!! :) I'll be in Columbus this Sunday for the Autism walk! :) Have a great week!
